Lisa Hotchkiss Selected as
Fellow in AAHSA Fellowship Program

Lisa J. Hotchkiss, L.N.H.A., M.P.A, C.A.S.P., Director of Corporation Compliance at The Wartburg Adult Care Community, has been selected to be a member of The American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) Leadership AAHSA Fellowship Program.

The Leadership AAHSA program is designed to augment the ranks of emerging leaders across the continuum of care and services for the aging and address the shortage of potential leaders nationwide. The year-long curriculum is focused on advancing emerging leaders, encouraging innovation and focusing on a person-directed approach for residents, clients and staff members. Leadership AAHSA is also committed to fostering diversity among aging-services leaders.

“Lisa’s acceptance into the Fellowship program comes at a wonderful time for The Wartburg Adult Care Community,” said David Gentner, Interim CEO of The Wartburg. “The Wartburg’s HEAL Grant Award from New York State allows us to plan improved space, programs and services for our community. Lisa will be able to share the insights gained through her training from other experienced leaders in eldercare from around the country as we move forward.”

Hotchkiss has dedicated the past 8 years to helping older adults live in a dignified environment, surrounded by individuals committed to providing quality care.
